My name is Aurore Maxon, a Lawrence, KS – based designer with a passion for the creative process. Originally from a Paris suburb (oui, oui, je suis française!), I studied in the U.S., obtaining a B.A. in Graphic Design, and have since made America my home!
During my career as a visual designer, I learned the value of design-thinking. By combining the creativity of my right brain and the analytical side of my left brain, I started designing with data and insights in mind, providing clients with better solutions.
By using a human-centered design approach, I always strive to create designs that are simultaneously innovative, beautiful, engaging and approachable.
Successful graphic design cannot be measured by the output itself. I place the utmost importance on my work ethic, my ability to meet deadlines, teamwork and that each project receives the attention it deserves!
Besides art and graphic design, I am a passionate animal lover, DIYer, and motorcyclist! I am happily married to my best friend, creative accomplice and adventure seeking compadre, Casey. I love to travel and have been all over the world. Whether it’s visiting a tropical island, an Irish village, or even America’s heartland, I’m always up for an adventure! If I am not in front of my computer whipping up the latest design or putting the finishing touches on a website, you are likely to find me listening to Taylor Swift, knitting, fixing up my house, wildlife-watching on our farm, or baking something sweet!
